Service Availability and Ordering Process

Step One: Call us toll free at (866) 764-8485 or email us! The line qualification process takes about 2 business days.

Step Two: We will contact you with the results of your line qualification, go over the minimum requirements for your computer and then mail out your modem agreement!

Step Three: Return the modem agreement and from there we will mail the modem and get your line set up for high speed surfing!

We do not currently offer Hi-speed service to customers in the AT&T telephone service area. Line qualification takes about 2 business days to complete. Once complete, we will contact you to give you the results and continue the ordering process.
